It really was a case of 'now you see us, now you don't when we introduced these little beauties at Whiteladies Road market last week. They're delicate pots of pate sucree with combinations of white chocolate ganache, fresh raspberries, fresh figs and sumptuous organic dark chocolate. They certainly went down and storm and this week we'll be introducing two new little tarts - a fresh, zingy lemon tart and a rather lovely fresh berry with creme patisserie.
