We're so excited, we've just bought some fabulous new season Seville oranges which herald the start of many hours spent chopping, steaming and bubbling away in the kitchen. It's strangely relaxing and provides a huge sense of achievement! Many moments will be spent turning the jar upside down making sure it's set, putting jars towards the light and admiring the beautiful jewel colours.
